Brilliant service! Ordered a Makita build you're own bundle with a few extras. I was phoned up later regarding 4.0ah batteries being out stock and discontinued so they said they would upgrade me to 5.0ah free of charge, buzzing! Package was sent out the same day and arrived with me the next day. Great service, great communication!
Bought some safety boots online from here and wish I hadn’t. After multiple attempts chasing them up they were finally delivered a month later… Except surprise they delivered the wrong size. I tried chasing up again but no response. Terrible customer service. Avoid.Update: in response to which I’m accused of not being “fair and honest” were you fair and honest when I was told the package had somehow been lost and now you no longer have it in stock since judging by other reviews selling products without prior stock seems to be a persistent issue. Do you also dispute that it took a month for the safety boots to be sent to me? Finally did I not email back to Liam showing photo evidence of the invoice and the box in the wrong size since I have proof of that email being sent too.
Great staff always go beyond to help me and my business. Won't go anywhere else. Always have the tools I need and always advise on hand if needed.

Dropped my dewalt first fix nailer off for repair and before it was booked in they tied the nails first in case it been using the wrong nails I wasn’t but I appreciate the honesty in trying to see if it was something so simple.Two weeks later I got back fully repaired and working for under £50 , thanks for a great service
