At A-One Tools, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Returns Policy outlines the terms for returning products purchased from A-One Tools.

  1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with the following details:

After reviewing your request, we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is the result of our error (defective or incorrect item), we will refund the shipping costs in addition to the product price.
  1. Exchanges

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
